Choosing the 8 week program, you will receive a shorter plan that allows you to learn the basics when it comes to workouts and tracking nutrition. This program is designed to build strength and improve your overall health/fitness knowledge without the hassle.

A challenge designed for all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or a fitness enthusiast just looking to switch up your training. Each day features an upbeat and engaging workout that targets different muscle groups, along with a mix of cardio. Once you join, you will be placed in a group chat that will allow all of us to motivate & encourage each other no matter what day of the challenge you are on. It’s all about keeping fitness fun so join in & let’s see what we can achieve in just a month!
